Maple pass loop `19
2019
Better geared for a snow hike since Dickerman, this one was a treat to the eyes and mind, not so much for the body. We needed crampons and gaiter for the entirety of the hike. The larches adorned the snowy vistas, like speckled gold on white. The loop around Ann Lake was one of the sketchiest I had been on yet; icy path along a mountain slope that went straight down to the frozen lake.
Dickerman '19
2019
Fall of 2019 I had my first proper snow hike. We didn't have crampons but the gaiters and hiking poles helped a lot. With a feet high snow we decided to go back from the false summit, the summit still covered in clouds high above us.
Mt Si '19
2019
Looking unassuming and barren from far away, Mt Si is a booming canvas of colors and unexpected atmosphere in fall.
Mt Burroughs '16
2016
One of my very first hikes in the USA. A 9 mile out and back hike with one of the best vistas of the three Burroughs as the foothills of the mighty Rainier

Shot straight from the balcony of my very first apartment. I didn't own a camera then so I borrowed by roommates D3200 to get the surreal picture perfect sun-behind-the-mountain-set
